**NOTE: Deadline for all cancellations and ticket changes is Sept. 6, 2013, and must be sent to Lori Noe at Lnoe@mocities.com. Tuesday Lunch and Banquet are sold out!
Registration Fee: $275 per person. The Monday box lunch is included in this fee per attendee. Additional tickets for the Monday lunch for spouse/guests need to be purchased under optional tickets. You will need to purchase all other meal and event tickets that you plan to attend. This does not cover hotel reservation fees.
· All registrations to be made online. There are two payment options available: 1) to pay by credit card, or 2) a "Bill Me” option to pay by check.
· For those who want to pay by check, please select the "Bill Me” option for your payment method. When you have completed the registration process, you may print off an invoice to submit with your payment and confirmation for your registration.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be recieved by email Lori Noe (firstname.lastname@example.org) or faxed (573-635-9009) to League headquarters prior to 5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, to be eligible for a refund (less $40 cancellation fee). Officials who register for the Conference but do not cancel prior to the Sept. 6 deadline will be billed for the conference registration fee and those events for which they registerd.
NOTE: Hotel Reservations: Room block will open July 1, 2013. You will need to make your room reservations through the Branson/Lakes Area Convention & Vistors Bureau by calling 1-800-263-6056 or online at BCVB Housing Website.
