Conference Brochure

Registration Fee: $275 per person. The Monday box lunch is included in this fee per attendee. Additional tickets for the Monday lunch for spouse/guests need to be purchased under "optional tickets." You will need to purchase all meal and event tickets at the time you register. Deadline to make any adjustments to your registration is Sept. 5, 2014, and must be emailed to Lori Noe at Lnoe@mocities.com. The registration fee does not cover hotel registration.

Cancellations
: Cancellations must be received by email to Lori Noe at Lnoe@mocities.com or faxed to 573-635-9009 to League headquarters prior to 5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 5, 2014, to be eligible for a full refund. A $40 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations received after Sept. 5, 2014. Officials who register for the Conference, who do not attend and do not cancel their registration will be billed for the full conference registration and any ticketed items purchased at registration. 


Hotel Reservations: 
The St. Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau is in charge of assigning all rooms for the Conference. All attendees must use the housing link provided by the St. Charles CVB.
