CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: All registrations must be made online, regardless of payment option. For those who need to pay by check, please select the “Bill Me” option for your payment method. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be prompted to view/print your registration confirmation. Please print (2) two copies; one for your records and one to submit with your payment.
REGISTRATION FEES: All registration fees include (1) Monday Box Lunch for attendees only. All other meals and events will need to be purchased at the time of registration. Registration does NOT include hotel costs/fees.
Early Bird Registration Fee: $300 per attendee. (Early Bird registration expires on August 12, 2016.)
Registration Fee After August 12, 2016: Registration fee is $325 per attendee.
Late Registration Fee After August 30, 2016: Late registrations will be accepted. The fee for late registration is $350.
Online Registration Deadline: September 2.
Non-member Registration Fee: $450 per attendee. (A non-member is, anyone who attends the Conference, who does not hold an active membership in the MML.)
TICKET ADJUSTMENTS: Deadline to make any ticket adjustments to your registration is August 29, and must be emailed to Lori Noe at Lnoe@mocities.com. NOTE: You cannot adjust a registration online after it has been submitted. **See ticket options purchasing guide below.
FOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact Stuart Haynes at Shaynes@mocities.com with any food allergies or concerns.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations/expenses. The MML room block is available for arriving on Saturday, Sept. 10 and departing on Wednesday, Sept. 14. Hotel Reservations should be made online by clicking on the DoubleTree, or call (800) 774-1500. Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Deadline for hotel reservations is August 21.
PARKING: Self parking: $10.00 per day (self parking is onsite); Valet: $19.00
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received by email to Lori Noe at Lnoe@mocities.com or faxed to League headquarters at 573-635-9009 no later than 5 p.m., Monday, August 29, to be eligible for a full refund. A $40 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations received after August 29. No cancellations accepted after Sept. 2, 2016. Officials who register for the Conference, who do not attend and do not cancel their registration will be billed for the full conference registration and any ticketed items purchased at registration. Note: You will need to cancel your own hotel reservations.

Below are the ticket options for the Conference. Spouse/guest is for any spouse or guest attending a meal or event with attendee.
Sunday Pre-Conference workshop attendee only
Monday Mobile Workshop
Monday Box Lunch (spouse/guest). Each delegate receives one free box lunch.
Tuesday Awards Lunch attendee (and spouse/guest)
Tuesday Banquet attendee (and spouse/guest)
MCMA (City Managers) Breakfast for attendee (who is a member of MCMA)
CCFOA (Clerks) Breakfast for attendee (who is a member of CCFOA)
Wednesday Buffet Breakfast attendee (and spouse/guest)
You will need to select the tickets per individual, not as a group. Each attendee will need to be registered and pay the registration fee. There is not a registration fee for the spouse/guest who is accompanied by an attendee.
