Registration is Closed
The City of Fulton will host the next Central Division meeting of the Missouri Municipal League on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. The meeting will be held at the new Public Facilities Complex in Fulton (corner of Westminster and Brookside - map attached). This event will provide an excellent opportunity for municipal officials to meet with their neighboring officials, find common cause and enjoy a delicious meal.
Registration and social hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tours of the new Public Facilities Complex will begin at 6:15 p.m. The new building complex houses Fulton’s electric, gas, water, solid waste, streets, parks, and traffic divisions. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. and will be catered by Beks. The registration fee for the meeting (including the dinner) will be $15 per person (tax and gratuity included).
Following dinner, Fulton’s Mayor LeRoy Benton will provide an overview of how the new Public Facilities Complex came about. After that, Richard Sheets, MML’s deputy director, will report on expectations for the upcoming legislative session.
Please note registrations must be made online. Registration options include “Bill Me” or payment by credit card.
Following online registration you will receive a confirmation email and can print a receipt/invoice for processing.
RSVPs must be received by 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2016. Due to the requirement that meal guarantees be made in advance, cancellations must be made to Sarah Bowman at Sgarmer@mocities.com by 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2016, or it will be necessary to bill you for the cost of the meal. For "Bill Me" payments, the city/organization is responsible for all charges incurred by city employee/official and will be billed accordingly.
