REGISTRATION FEES

Early Bird Registration Fee: $325 per attendee, Expires August 4, 2017.

Registration Fee After August 4: $375 per attendee.

Online Registration Closes August 31, Walk-in Registration is available for $375.

Non-Member Registration Fee: $450 (Anyone who attends the Conference, who does not hold an active MML Membership.)

**The registration fee includes (1) one Monday box lunch for attendee. It does not include any other meals or events. They will need to be purchased separately. All guest meals and event tickets will need to be purchased before you complete your registration. It is best to purchase all meal/event tickets needed now; they may not be available for purchase during the Conference.


TICKET ADJUSTMENTS

 All ticket adjustments must be emailed to Lori Noe at Lnoe@mocities.com. Deadline for ticket adjustments is August 31, 2017.


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received by email to Lori Noe at Lnoe@mocities.com no later than 5 p.m., Thursday, August 31, to be eligible for a full refund. A $40 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations received after August 31. Attendees who register, do not attend and do not cancel their registration fee will be billed for the full registration fee and any tickets previously purchased.  Absolutely no refunds will be given after Sept. 4, 2017, due to making meal guarantees with hotel.


HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The MML Room Block will open on June 30; however, you must complete attendee registration to obtain a hotel block security code to make reservations. The code will appear in the "Thank You" message after you complete the registration process. **All attendees are responsible for their own hotel arrangements and fees. Hotel block will open on June 30. The discounted rates are: $83/guest room; $162/one bedroom suite; and $249/2 bedroom suite. Cutoff date for hotel block with discount is August 18.


SPECIAL CONFERENCE EVENTS

MML 6th Annual Golf Tournament: Get your team together and register here for the MML 6th Annual Scholarship Golf Outing. "The Oaks" Golf Course at Tan-Tar-A, Sunday, Sept, 10. Check in is at 9 a.m., with a shot gun start at 10:30. ** Requires separate registration. 

2017 MML 5K Run/Walk: This year for the first time, MML will host a 5K run/walk. The 5K will be on Sunday, Sept. 10 at 9 a.m., (on property)  The cost to participate is $15 and includes a shirt. Be sure to sign up for this event before you complete your registration. Click here for map of route.

Cruisin' the Night Away: Join your colleagues on Monday evening, Sept. 11, for a night on the water. The cruise will run 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Cost is $25 per person and includes beverages, light appetizers and a cash bar. Limited seating.
