Jennifer Gray Recipient of Richard R. Noll Award

Gray Honored for Professionalism, High Standards of
Accomplishment and Ethical Conduct


JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Jennifer Gray, assistant city administrator with the city of Des Peres, was chosen as the 2016 Richard R. Noll Outstanding Assistant Award by the Missouri City/County Management Association (MCMA). Gray received the award at the Association’s spring conference awards banquet on May 5 at Camden on the Lake Resort in Lake Ozark. The recipient must hold an administrative position that is responsible for assisting the chief administrative officer in carrying out various administrative duties and other responsibilities.

Gray has served the City of Des Peres since 2011 and oversees a wide range of city functions. Her initiatives have improved city services, including the City website and newsletter, and she has worked to obtain grants for several special projects. Gray is a very active member in her community and MCMA, and has spearheaded the International City/County Management Association’s Coaching Program for MCMA.
