Participating Affiliates - $800 / Non-Affiliate - $1,050 (until June 7, 2024)

Important Information

Cancellations

No refunds for cancellations after August 9, 2024. All booth space must be paid in full by August 9 or you will forfeit your preferred booth space.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If unable to attend the conference, make sure to contact Emily Koenigsfeld as soon as possible. If there is no contact made and you do not show up, you will be prohibited from exhibiting at the MML Annual Conference the following year.

Room Reservations

Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel reservations. After your exhibit booth registration, MML staff will process and assign booth number. The individual who registered will receive a confirmation email with booth assignment, hotel information and other important details regarding the conference.

Door Prize Procedure

Door prize format: By 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon (before the Popcorn & Prizes event), exhibitors will submit their door prize winners to the MML registration desk. MML will post the winners and announce names during Popcorn & Prizes. Winner will come to your booth to pickup prize.

MML will promote to attendees that they must be present and visit your booth at the Popcorn & Prizes to win. However, if the winner has not come to your booth to pickup their prize by 4:15 p.m., you can choose to offer the prize to someone else, or choose to make your own arrangements with the original winner.
