Restricted to member city officials/employees only.

Guest/Spouse Registration Options

Guest/spouse registration fee is restricted to persons who are not municipal/public officials or affiliated with any exhibitor. Registration DOES NOT includes session attendance. The guest/spouse registration permits an individual to accompany a fully-registered attendee to events specified in the guest/spouse registration options below.

  • Full Guest/Spouse Registration - $150 
    Includes everything listed above for full registration.
  • Limited Guest/Spouse Registration - $50
    Includes Sunday Grand Opening Reception and exhibit hall entry for breaks and Popcorn & Prizes. DOES NOT includes any meals or other Conference events.

Company Representative Full Registration

Company representative registration fee is for Affiliate company representatives NOT exhibiting. Includes full conference registration.

  • Company Representative Registration - $600
  • Non-Member Company Representative Registration - $700

One Day Registration Options

Restricted to member city officials/employees, NOT available to company representatives. Only one registration option can be selected at registration. If you would like to attend multiple days, contact Emily Koenigsfeld.

  • Sunday - $75
    Includes entry into Grand Opening Reception and two (2) drink tickets
  • Monday - $150
    Includes Keynote, exhibit hall entry, box lunch ticket, session and Popcorn & Prizes
  • Tuesday - $200
    Includes Bacon & Business meeting, sessions and Awards Luncheon
  • Wednesday - $50
    Includes breakfast buffet and keynote

Additional Meal/Event Tickets

Registration fees are "all inclusive." Additional tickets must be purchased for the following:

  • Pre-conference workshop - $25
  • MCMA breakfast (MCMA members only) - $30
  • CCFOA breakfast (CCFOA members only) - $30
  • Tuesday evening banquet and entertainment - $55

Hotel

You must complete attendee registration to obtain the hotel reservation information. This information will immediately come as an email with subject line 2024 Annual Conference Hotel Information. **The email will be sent to the registered individual. If you need that information email Emily Koenigsfeld.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

What qualifies for cancellation: We can cancel an entire registration, or any of the above stated additional meal/event items. We CANNOT cancel any portion of the full registration.

  • 100% refund if cancelled on or before 5 p.m., Friday, July 26
  • $40 cancellation fee if cancelled between July 27 and August 16
  • NO REFUNDS after August 17, 2024

NOTE: All changes/cancellations must be emailed to Emily Koenigsfeld no later than 5 p.m., August 17, 2024. No phone calls will be accepted for changes or cancellations. Attendees who register, do not attend, or do not cancel their registration will be filled for the full registration fee and any other event/meal tickets purchased. No exceptions.
