This Conference provides a nuts and bolts review of the myriad of important issues municipal officials need to be familiar with from Sunshine Law to budgets, from public official liability and conflicts of interest to leadership those are just a few of the topics to be covered. While the Conference focuses on providing the knowledge base that newly elected municipal leaders need to govern effectively, the changes that continually occur in the municipal arena make this a Conference that all officials should attend.

Guest registrations
Any guest that attends any meal function must be registered. Meal tickets sold separately, see pricing below.

  • $5 - Registration fee (all guests must have a badge)
  • $25 - Thursday lunch only
  • $20 - Friday breakfast only
    NOTE: Guest registrations will be offered unless changes have to be made due to COVID.

Full member virtual registration - $130

  • Watch live from your own office and also receive a recording of the sessions to watch later. 
  • Includes electronic materials (will be sent via email a week prior to the conference)
  • Virtual registration must be purchased individually in order to qualify for MGI Credit. Learn more about the MGI Program and how you can become a Certified Local Government Official.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be emailed to Lori Noe at [email protected] no later than 5 pm on May 21, 2021, or it will be necessary to bill you for the entire registration fee. 

PLEASE NOTE: The City/Organization is responsible for all fees incurred by any city official/employee or associate. MML is not responsible for collecting fees on an individual basis.

*Hotel Room Block Information: The room block information will be given to you when you complete the registration. It will appear on the "Thank You" page and in your confirmation email. Be sure to print out your confirmation at that time. MML is not responsible for hotel arrangements.

You must complete attendee registration to obtain the hotel reservation information. This information will appear in the confirmation email after you complete the registration process. **All attendees are responsible for their own hotel arrangements and fees.
