Directory of Missouri Municipal Officials 

The Directory of Missouri Municipal Officials is an alphabetical listing of each member municipality and elected/appointed officials, as well as some administrative and department staff. The Directory also contains a listing of Associate Members (governmental entities) and Participating Affiliates (Organizations) who have an interest in Missouri government. It comes in two formats; a pdf file and an excel file.  

If you are seeking information on a particular city but do not need the full directory, be sure to try the search feature on this website as well. When you are logged in as a member, you can search by city, member name and more to find detailed information.

Instructions/Cost: 

The Directory (PDF) is free to members; you must be logged in to download.  The Non-Member price is $100, plus tax.  The Directory in Excel file is $300 for members.  The Non-Member price for the Excel file is $350, plus tax. After your purchase has been made, staff will be notified and will send you the product you have purchased. If you do not receive the product within 48 hours please email [email protected].

The Directory contains more than 6,500 municipal officials in 640+ municipalities. Individual personal mailing/email information is never included.

Directory of Municipal Officials – (Excel spreadsheet) 

An alphabetical directory listing of each member municipality, containing each municipality's mailing address, names and titles of elected and appointed officials, as well as administrative and department staff. It also contains a main email address for most municipalities, but not individual email addresses of officials. The Directory contains more than 6,500 municipal officials in 640+ municipalities. Mailing Labels

Peel and stick mailing labels can be purchased and may be customized to fit purchaser's specific needs, based on various categories and criteria. Peel and stick mailing labels cost .15 cents for members; and, .25 cents per label for non-members, plus applicable sales tax. Please contact League office at 573-635-9134 to order mailing labels. Executive Director has the right to deny any request.
