Shipping/Accessories: Approximately 8 weeks before the event, Fern Expo will send each confirmed vendor a link to additional information regarding freight handling and other booth accessories. PSAV will handle the electricity, exhibitor services form in confirmation. 

Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations after August 14, 2020

Room Reservations: Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel reservations.

After exhibit booth payment and reservation is received and reviewed, a confirmation memo with booth assignment, and hotel information will be emailed to the main contact.

EXHIBIT HALL GAME ($100) - Missing Pieces

This year’s exhibit hall game will feature "MML Missing Pieces". This interactive game will have attendees networking with participating vendors while trying to collect a matching puzzle piece. There will be a set number of matches to win one of three cash prizes. Make sure you sign up your booth to participate in "MML Missing Pieces" when reserving your booth. 

PRE-CONFERENCE EMAIL ($150)

Be included in a welcome email from Exhibitors, sent by MML to Attendees one week before the Conference begins. Submit your written message or a 3” x 5” image (jpg or pdf) to Laura Holloway at Lholloway@mocities.com. Images must be received by Friday, Aug. 28, 2020.

PRE-CONFERENCE MAILING LIST ($200)

This file will include the following: Name of Attendee, Title, Name of City/Org, Address of City/Org. This list DOES NOT include any personal information or email information. 

EVENT SPONSORSHIP ($500)

Includes conference sponsor level sign and sponsor listing on MML event mobile app.
