Flourish - Increase Profit, Maximize Individual Strengths and Create Stronger Teams
Speaker: Mea Austin
Developing your strengths – the things you’re good at and actually enjoy doing – makes it eighteen times more likely you’ll describe yourself as “flourishing” at work? (Psychology today 2016.) Most of us worry about getting rid of our weaknesses. The truth is, you may never overcome your weaknesses, but you can make significant changes in the way you live and work that allow you to flourish. You will understand the benefits of staying in your energy zone. As a Licensed Predictive Index Partner, I provide each individual attendee with objective data about the way they think and behave. Each participant receives concrete tools and coaching to help them use the strengths that energize them to thrive at work, and at home. We will discover how to take those individual strengths to increase the ability of your team/group to communicate and collaborate. This program will maximize the results of teams and allow individuals to flourish.

Individual Change - Make Changes That Stick
Speaker: Mea Austin
Why do our vows to improve our lives (go to the gym, lose ten pounds, drink less, clean more, save money) end in failure in a matter of weeks or even days? Our best efforts to change are routinely overwhelmed by forces within us. Transformation is only possible, personally, and professionally, when we have the capacity to change and the resources to do so. Understand why the same system meant to protect us from negative changes can inadvertently keep us from making positive changes. This eye-opening session will provide the tools to unlock your capacity to create lasting change.
